Opening multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.
The Operator reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a valid National Identity Card (CNIC), passport or other government-issued identification. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, the Operator grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
All content, data, software, design elements, trademarks and other intellectual property appearing on the Platform are owned by or licensed to the Operator and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The Operator will not be liable for losses resulting from events outside its reasonable control, including force majeure events, government actions, network outages or third-party payment processor failures.
